Dama is a beautiful mare who, like many of the horses we rescue, has very limited eyesight.

This is due to a type of injury that we often find in cases of abuse, where owners have used whips to force their horses to do what they want.

During the process, many of them end up with eye ulcers, wounds they will never physically or mentally recover from. This is the case with Dama de Noche.
