In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that the data provided by you will be processed by TODOS LOS CABALLOS DEL MUNDO , with corporate name ASOCIACIÓN CYD SANTA MARÍA, CENTRO DE RECOVERACIÓN Y REUBICACIÓN DE ANIMALES , CIF G92703669, and registered office at COIN (MALAGA), CP 29100, CALLE APDO. CORREOS Nº 303, in order to manage any collaborative relationship that links you with this entity.

 

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the activity of collaborator. Your data will be kept as long as the cessation of the activity is not requested and for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

 

In order to be able to carry out the activity of collaborator of TODOS LOS CABALLOS DEL MUNDO, it is necessary that you participate in the following:

  • The reception of information about the situation, news, activities, and other relevant information about the Association so that you know the evolution of our project, the result of your own collaborative activity, and, in addition, we can guide you about the ways in which you can help the Association. This will normally be done by telephone, emails and newsletters, although it may occasionally be done by post if the situation requires it.
  • The possible publication of images in which you appear, taken in our facilities or during the development of an event or activity. Remember that you can always tell us in writing to the email or postal address mentioned above that you do not want us to publish your image. For your peace of mind, we inform you that we normally ask if the person wants a certain photo to be published, but we are obliged to ask for this consent because the current speed of information traffic on social networks may occasionally prevent us from locating you when necessary.

 

That said, and given that the right to one’s own image is recognized in article 18 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image; and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, we inform you that by sending this document you confirm that you have been informed that the photographs that may be taken of you at the facilities of TODOS LOS CABALLOS DEL MUNDO , as well as during the events held by it, will be processed by said Association for the purpose of posting them on any social network in order to advertise the facilities and services of its activity, for which purpose you express your express consent.

 

Likewise, as we have already mentioned, your data will be used to inform you about the activities, needs and other relevant information of Todos los Caballos del Mundo by telephone, by post, or through the sending of emails and newsletters by email, in order to keep you informed about the operation and needs of the Association.

 

The legal basis for the processing of the photographs taken of you and the data provided for the sending of information is your own expressed desire to carry out the activity of collaborator, as well as the consent given when sending the form.

 

We also remind you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether TODOS LOS CABALLOS DEL MUNDO is processing your personal data and therefore you have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, opposition to processing and deletion of your data, as well as the right to file a claim with the Control Authority by writing to the above-mentioned postal address or by email to info@todosloscaballosdelmundo.com, attaching a copy of your ID in both cases.
